  • Tate is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a Master’s in Sport Science & Rehabilitation.

Tate has had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including countless professional athletes, tactical units, business executives, and other high-achievers.

These experiences have shown him the crucial role of team support in maximizing individual performance and longevity, and led him to question, “Why isn’t the team-based approach accessible to all?”

Consequently, Tate’s mission is now focused on making this collaborative approach to health and wellness accessible globally, effectively changing the broken healthcare system.

“It’s not just about adding years to your life, but adding life to your years”

  • Chris is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina.

Chis realized that it's far too common that people attend Physical Therapy clinics where they are seen for 10-15 minutes before being sent off to do exercises while their physical therapist treats several other people at the same time.

He joined the Quality Life team so that he could provide a 1:1 integrated experience, combining Physical Therapy and Performance Training principles to give his clients the quality care they deserve. The virtual platform allows him to supervise their entire session and make sure their form is safe and effective. Chris strives to help clients achieve their goals and truly work together to solve their problems.
